Our Middle School Leaders play a vital role in helping students feel known, valued, and connected as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. Volunteers serve by leading small groups, participating in games and activities, building intentional relationships with students, and creating a welcoming and engaging environment during services and events. More than just supervising students, this role is about mentoring and walking alongside middle schoolers during a critical season of life.
This role is perfect for people who are relational, encouraging, patient, and passionate about the next generation. You don’t need to have all the answers or previous ministry experience; we provide training, support, and curriculum to help you lead with confidence. Background checks are required for all student ministry volunteers.
